Out of Office
QI provides industry standard out of office benefits to their valued consultants. Ten (10) earned working days of vacation per year, with an ability to expand vacation to fifteen (15) earned days after first year of employment based upon tenure in industry. Five (5) earned sick days per year. Eight (8) recognized paid holidays as well as three (3) recognized floating holidays.

Referral Bonus Program
Word of mouth is the most powerful tool when recruiting the best and brightest in our industry. QI offers our consultants a cash bonus for references that turn into a full-time employee.

Certification Bonus Program
It is every consultant’s job to stay up-to-date with their certifications but QI wants you to become all you can be. QI offers our consultants a cash bonus for new certifications.

Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield
Employees today are asking for health plan alternatives that help them control cost while providing coverage that balances personal responsibility and freedom of choice.

Flexible Spending Accounts
These accounts are available to set aside pre-tax income from reimbursement of certain health care expenses and/or dependent care expenses not otherwise covered by insurance. Up to $5000 can be set aside to each account annually.

Life Insurance and AD&D
Basic life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment are paid by QI Consulting. Supplemental life and dependent life insurance are also available at an additional cost.

Short-term and Long-term Disability
QI makes available programs provided by AFLAC, In the event of illness or injury away from the job.

Fidelity 401(k) Retirement
The retirement plan of QI Consulting is a 401(k) plan that includes company matching contributions.

Section 529 College Savings Program
This program allows you to save up to approximately $230,000 per child where your investments grow tax-deferred, and withdrawals are federal income tax-free, when used for qualified higher education expenses of your child, grandchild or other family member.
